About CivicSignal

CivicSignal gives residents a straightforward way to document local infrastructure problems and gives responsible organizations clearer information to act on them.

We believe reporting a pothole, leaking hydrant, blocked drain, damaged sign, or broken sidewalk should not require knowing which jurisdiction owns it. A photo and location should be enough to begin a useful, transparent process.

Our goal is to create a shared civic record: residents add ground-level knowledge, neighbors confirm what matters, and public teams communicate progress from reported to fixed.
